Seven painters painting,
Six shabby shutters,
FIVE GIFT CARDS BLING... cause we sell them!!!
Four scraps of wood,
Three chest of drawers,
Two cans of wax and
A quart of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint!!!
When we found this incredible mantle, we almost felt guilty handing over the $20 bill as we were running to put it in the van!!! It sat is Trish's garage for several months before the "mood" set in. The first coat was in Graphite. Seemed like a great choice in our minds... Ummmm NO!!!
I guess in the end, a couple coats of French Linen by Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and are VERY happy!!! SO happy in fact that Trish's husband thought it would be cool on the back porch. So there ya go, nothing like making the "man" happy!!!

My French hutch...I rearranged my entire living room and ditched some furniture to make room. It's never leaving! Oh, and my NINE FOOT LONG French Prov dresser...even I can't fill it all up, and girl, do I have a LOT of clothes!
